Hey Guys how you all doing? I just wanted to come and say a little hello and tell you what I have been up to this week! First of all, i’m dying from the heat and being bitten to death by mosquitos (some of you may have seen my updates on Twitter?). Don’t get me wrong I love the sunshine but I haven’t been enjoying it so much in England, it feels like a different kind of heat, really humid…. And you have to go about your daily life, going on the tube, wearing makeup, gross.
Before I start, I got sent some more photos from my brother Paul from the gigs at the weekend….
We had a wicked dressing room, and the band were teasing me because their dressing room was bigger than mine! And it overlooked the cricket pitch, the people in the audience would have seen some mad woman running around in rollers screaming I'VE BURNTTTT MYYYY NECCKKK GET PARAMEDICSSSSSSSSSSSS

Sooooo this week I have been in the studio with Lauby we have been having a bit of fun experimenting with new sounds and just writing songs, not for me as such but to see if any other artists like them and also to have fun with it, it’s been really nice just chilling and not having the pressue of OKAY this song has to be the best it can posssssssibly be. And cos we have been more chilled and just relaxing we have managed to write four really cool songs, so yeah it’s been a nice way to spend the day
On Wednesday I got invited to Beth Ditto’s party, it was for her new clothing range with Evans and was held at Sketch. There were some wild and wacky characters there I tell you, i’m such a people watcher so it was very fun… Beth Ditto was there, Sir Phillip Green, Kate Moss (who was in touching distance of me) Jameela from t4, and others… and damn it, apparently i left before Simon Cowell arrived!!!

Today I am gonna go and pop to the gym, then I am off to Ryans house again to finish recording a song we wrote yesterday and then I am meeting my friend Mitch to go to Bluewater and see a film -The Hangover!!! Well excited meant to be hilariiiooouuussss….
I am gonna be recording some more acoustic songssss! So if you have any ideas for songs that you think would be good for me to cover acoustically, let me knowww! I need some ideas
Oh yeah,got some other news too. I am doing another gig with the Sugababes, after the one in Thetford Forest, in Wales! How excitingggg….
