I kept trying to upload to video links and it really won’t work but basically here are my thoughts.
Katy Perry the man in your video is Gorgeous, Poor Russel Brand. I would chose Russey Baby any day though I love a man that makes you laugh.
Really like the new music video for Paramore, Careful. If I was ever as successful and lucky as them I would love to make a video of a tour like they have done. It’s very personal. I am seeing Paramore in November and I am so excited. They are one off or if not my favourite band! Love themmm especially Hayley. She is amazing and I am loving her new blonde hair

My friends band ‘Temple Grounds’ played last night locally, had a really good night. Loads of people turned up, and then we all ended up going to an after party! Loads of fun….

Tesco Harem Pants

Hey Guys how are you doing? I just thought I would show you my amazing f&f tesco leopard print harem pants Yesterday went and saw my friend and had to nip to tesco to get her Mum and Dad a card and I ended up walking away with these bad boys

£12 baby yeah!

I managed to rock these to Soho last night to a club called Cheapskates. My two friends and I went there for ‘research’ to see whether it would be somewhere good to go on my Birthday. My birthday is in 13 days!!!!! Rahhh! It’s on a Wednesday though and not many clubs have nights on on Wednesdays but we heard about Cheapskates and decided to check it out. I won’t be going there, it was tooo busy and tooooo small, didn’t really like the music and I have heard that Funky Budda has a night on Wednesdays were Women go free! Get in… Had the worst stomach ache last night and had to leave early….We went to Maccy D’s and met the legend that is Kenny so all in all it wasn’t a wasted trip. Thank god for research!

Off to a Gig tonight to watch my friends. They are in a band called Temple Grounds and they always play a good show so that will be good

Have a nice day, I am gonna go and dream of being in a place that looks like this, why is the weather so so so crap were in the middle of August! Spain on the 5th of September ! Counting down the days, can’t wait to feel the heat!

Hello Guys.
On a more serious note today with this blog. I had a very interesting email telling you one of the biggest causes of Breast cancer for Woman. I am just passing on an email that has been circulating, the whole purpose is to spread the message and try and make as many people aware of some dangers. It says to pass it on to people that are important, obviously I can’t email you all individually so I thought this way was best.
PLEASE READ BELOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“On the Ellen show, Sheryl Crow said that this is what caused her breast cancer.
It has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels of dioxin in breast cancer tissue. Sheryl Crow’s oncologist told her: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
The heat reacts with the chemicals in the plastic of the bottle which releases dioxin into the water. Dioxin is a toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue. So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
Pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know that just might save us! Use a stainless steel canteen or a glass bottle instead of plastic!

LET EVERYONE WHO HAS A WIFE / GIRLFRIEND / DAUGHTER KNOW PLEASE!
This information is also being circulated at Walter Reed ArmyMedical Center .
No plastic containers in microwaves. No plastic water bottles in freezers. No plastic wrap in microwaves.

Dioxin chemical causes cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to cells in our bodies. Don’t freeze plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently the Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.

He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating food in the microwave using plastic containers….
This especially applies to foods that contain fat.

He said that the combination of fat, high heat and plastic releases dioxin into the food.

Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Pyrex or ceramiccontainers for heating food. You get the same result, but without the dioxin. So, such things as TV dinners, instant soups, etc., should be removed from their containers and heated in something else.

Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It’s safer to use tempered glass, such as Pyrex, etc.

He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the styrene foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons…

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Cling film, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life! ”

I love this treeeee, Me and Poppy went on a little country walk after coffee, lovely day, we weren't dressed well!

I went in the studio with Lauuuuubyyyy! WOOHOO it was awesome, I LOVE writing with him so much and it felt wicked to get back in with him, we wrote two songs that I really like and I am getting excited about them. I can’t wait to do more

Hey Guys, I hope everyone had a good weekend! It was my Nan’s birthday on Saturday and I was in charge of the food for the big family of Rootsies! There was so much food and I was sure it wouldn’t all get eaten but it was completely devoured! All gone nothing for snacks yesterday, gone gone gone. All my home made Banoffee Pie, sausages, wedgessss! I loved it though and the sun stayed out for us all day. Woohoo! Shame my Dad was a bit out of practise on the old bbq front, bit of charcoal in the dinner isn’t too bad I suppose! Sorry Dad!

Helloo thereee. I am back from Cyprus well rested up, I read 5 books on Holiday and tried to catch as many rays as possible, but ray was in a bad mood and gave me cloud and rain for 3 out of my 8 days! Just my luck, but it was fun visiting somewhere I have never been before. I eat a lot of pitta haloomi cheese and Lamb and chicken shish non stop so it was nice to come back and have something different
I had writing scheduleddd in for Monday, and I was in with Andy Love and Neil ( Sorry Neil you no I can’t spell your last name) and we were finishing of a song we started called ‘Bubblegum’. I had a great day and it is all finished just waiting to hear it now!

I was mentioned in the Hindu Times. I am not sure if any of you remember, when I went to the last Fashion week I had the pleasure of getting to meet the designers Falguni and Shane Peacock. I watched the show from the front row and went back stage to meet them. There designs really were amazing. Here is a little article talking about the designers and I got a mention! How cool

On the last episode of the City, ‘DONT STOP LOOKING’ was played! Wooohoooo, that makes it 8 of my songs that have been featured either on the Hills or The city, it’s so exciting for me as I am such a huge fan of the show. I didn’t even know that my song was going to get played so when I heard it out of the blue a little squeak popped out of me!

For the last couple of days my gorgeous little Nephew Taylor has been staying with his Daddy at my house. It’s been so nice having him around, however Auntie Alex had to change a few too many nappies for her liking! But he is too cute to complain…

Just got back from the gym, even though I did 30 laps a day on holiday I am feeling pretty sluggish and just want to get back into the swing of things. Dancing tonight, should be hard as I have had to take a lot of time of due to a back injury! Wish me luck ….

The car mats inside are black with a nice pink outside that say Think Pink on them! Hello! Couldn’t be more amazing, the tax disc has piccy of tinkerbell (cute) and if some of you don’t already know beatles come with flowers inside and mine are pink and yellow one of each baby yeah!

I would like to ask a question.. Could the people who sell petrol be nice and make it 5p for a full tank????? INSTEAD OF 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELLL ????????? So god damm expensive well that was a shock and a half!
