‘Don’t Stop Looking’ for a chance to win fantastic Alex Roots prizes!

All you have to do is film yourself listening to ‘Don’t Stop Looking’ while looking directly into the camera for as long as you can without blinking!

There will be two winners every week, one for the longest time you can keep looking and another for the most entertaining attempt!! All the weekly winners will win a pair of Alex Roots sunglasses from Claire’s Accessories!
After ten weeks the longest and funniest videos out of all the entries will win two tickets each to see me at a gig and then meet me back stage!!! I can’t wait to see all your entriessss!!

Check out my attempt on YouTube and just send your entry as a video response. Don’t forget to put your age, and the time you lasted in the video description, oh and make sure you are listening to Don’t Stop Looking while you are recording!! Here is my attempt, Hopefully yours will be loads better! Remember, there will be a prize for the video I enjoy most, as well as for the person who lasts the longest so have a go even if you can’t beat me!!

Terms and Conditions Alex Roots ‘Don’t Stop Looking’ Competition

1. General
The opening time and date of the Prize Draw is Wednesday 17th June 2009 at 16.00 GMT, and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is Wednesday 26th August 2009 at 12.00 GMT. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

2. Restrictions
This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged fourteen (14) and over only.

3. Rules to participate
No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this Prize Draw.

For a chance to win, entrants must:
Must post a video response to this video. Entrants should attempt not to blink with the track “Don’t stop looking” playing in the background.
Entrants must state the duration spent without blinking and their age in the video description. Only one prize per Youtube account. Entrants must use their own YouTube Account. Entrants must be UK Residents.

4. Prizes
Two (2) winning entrants will be selected each week from all valid entries to recieve a pair of Alex Roots Sunglasses from Claire’s Accessories.
Two (2) overall winners will be chosen from all valid entries to win two (2) tickets each to an Alex Roots concert and a Meet and Greet with Alex back stage.

Of the  Two (2) prizes, one (1) prize will be given for the longest time spent staring at the camera and one (1) prize will be given for the most entertaining entrant.

Winners will be contacted through YouTube to receive notification of winning any prize.

Winners of concert tickets will be expected to make their own way to and from the venue. Entrance to the Concert will be limited to fourteen (14) years and over. Entrance to the concert may be limited to eighteen (18) years and over.

There are no cash alternatives to these prizes. It is as stated and is non-transferable.
If due to circumstances beyond the control of Good Groove ltd (Good Groove), Good Goove is unable to provide the stated prizes, Good Groove reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter.

5. Results
The weekly winners will be notified through Youtube within forty eight (48) hours of selection. The overall winners will be notified within forty eight (48) hours of the end of the competition.

If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by Good Groove, Good Groove will be entitled to select an alternative winner from among the entrants.

A full list of who won will be available for four (4) weeks following the day of the selection of winners. This list can be obtained by writing to alexroots@sign-up.to

Any entry, which is damaged, corrupted, defaced, late, incomplete or otherwise does not comply with these rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Good Groove. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery. Good Groove cannot be held responsible for lost entries.

If proof of age is requested, the prize shall not be dispatched unless proof of age is received and if satisfactory proof of age is not received, Good Groove reserves the right to choose another winner.

Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.

6. Data protection
In order to participate in the Prize Draw, participants must provide certain information on themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring this Prize Draw, as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information.

By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material, which may be amended or varied at any time by Good Groove.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Good Groove shall be final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
